Why AI-first costs you less

That is why a small senior team can deliver at a lower fixed fee than a traditional agency: there is no junior team or project-management layer to pay for, and nothing ships on the strength of a demo.
The fixed fee covers the build. The system then runs on your own cloud and your own AI model accounts, so the running cost is yours and stays visible: no platform markup and no per-seat fee to us.
Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0 and similar tools are genuinely good at one thing: a working prototype in an afternoon. If you have one, keep it — it is a useful spec. What you need next is different.
We use AI-first delivery throughout our own build too. That is why a small senior team can do this without the cost of a junior team or a project-management layer.
In the builders' own words, misconfigured access rules are “the single most common cause of data exposure” and verifying them is the founder's responsibility, and “engineering still owns what goes live” (Lovable, 2025–2026). Internal-tool platforms such as Retool or Softr are a fair choice for a simple admin panel; where one of those fits your job, we will say so.

We use AI heavily, so we build for its weak spot. AI drafts the code; the senior engineer who designed the system reviews every change, and what you get is a normal, tested, documented codebase any engineer can take over, not something shipped on the strength of a demo. AI gets it almost right. The engineer makes it right.
No. The system runs in your own cloud, under NDA, and your data is not used to train anything outside your project. It gives your team a sanctioned tool instead of the personal AI accounts they may already be pasting data into.
No platform to rent from us, and no per-seat or per-conversation fees to us. The build uses standard components, the IP is assigned to you on payment, and everything runs in your own accounts and repositories.
A fixed fee against a scope agreed in writing, quoted after a free first call. No day rates and no vendor margin. The fee covers the build; you pay your own cloud and AI model running costs directly, in your own accounts, with no markup from us. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we say so.
Handover is part of the engagement: code, documentation and a walkthrough with the people who will own it, held in your own repositories so another engineer, ours or yours, could pick it up. An ongoing support arrangement is available if you want one.
Nothing lives on our servers. The repository is in your organisation and the cloud accounts are in your company’s name, so the system keeps running and anyone can pick it up.
The fee is set after a senior engineer scopes the work with you, and the scope is written down before anything starts. A short first call and a diagnose step come first; if the numbers do not support building anything, we say so. And no, we are not hiring through this form, and we do not resell or compare AI tools.
